**Responsibilities:**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Fielding customer inquiries related to healthcare services, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and industry trends to provide informed responses.
* Handling inbound calls from medical professionals, verifying benefits, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with care and discretion.
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and taking ownership of customer concerns.
* Communicating effectively with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding.
* Providing support for Health Care Providers, including researching benefit information and responding to requests for assistance.
* Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
* Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
* Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Logical problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues.
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and industry trends.
