Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Professionals to join our team as a Healthcare Inbound Provider & Member Services Representative. This is a 100% remote, full-time position, offering a day shift schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing the needs of inbound callers, ensuring first-call resolution, and providing exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Address the needs of inbound callers according to established call flows and work processes, ensuring all mandated government and state regulations are consistently met.
Reach out to internal partners and internally refer issues ranging from claims, provider searches, location of resources, obtaining an interpreter, processing billing payments, referring enrollment issues, and helping callers understand benefits.
Maintain professionalism while working within documentation guidelines, utilizing proprietary software, dual screens, and multiple applications.
Live-document all caller interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines and maintain an average monthly rating as defined for the site.
Adhere to slated schedules and maintain minimum Production and Adherence standards.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn, adapt, and interact with individuals who may be angry, frustrated, or calling in to complain.
Ability to work overtime and/or a flexible schedule based on business, client, and/or account needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

High School Diploma (or GED) – proof will be required.
Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience in the healthcare industry, with call center experience preferred.
Knowledge of professional telephone etiquette and soft skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel – required.
Demonstrated experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phones simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at a required speed.


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

Previous experience working in a remote call center environment.
