Job Summary As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll work with patients, providers, and payers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support. Your passion for helping others, strong product and brand knowledge, and excellent communication skills will enable you to make a positive impact on patients' lives.
