Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Provide feedback on call issues and suggest improvements Upsell products or services when required Qualifications We are looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment 6 months of customer service experience preferred Over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 words per minute High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Language Requirements We are seeking both English-speaking and bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates to support our diverse customer base.
