Key Responsibilities As a Healthcare Advisor with CWH Advisors, you will play a vital role in supporting our client engagements and contributing to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include: Project Management: Supporting engagement activities under the direction of the project manager, ensuring timely and effective delivery of client projects. Client Engagements: Providing strategic support to client engagements, including research, data acquisition, analytics, PowerPoint document creation, and storytelling, as well as conducting market assessments and developing forecasts. Business Development: Assisting with business development activities, such as company/product research, proposal development, and methodology creation, to drive new business opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in home health, value-based healthcare, and/or payor revenue cycle management to inform and enhance client engagements. As a Healthcare Advisor, you will be expected to: Effectively exceed customer needs by building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business, Communications, or Healthcare Informatics. 3+ years of professional experience working in a healthcare technology or services company. Proven expert competency with Microsoft Office suite, primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. A hungry, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently (with frequent check-ins and mentoring). Strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in home health, value-based healthcare, and/or payor revenue cycle management. A track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
