The Role As our Head of SEO, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing SEO strategies for our hospitality clients. You'll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and collaborate with our skilled colleagues to drive growth and improve our clients' online presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute SEO Strategies : Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies for our hospitality clients, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and link building. Analyze and Report on Results : Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO results for our clients, providing recommendations and insights to improve their online presence. Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with our SEO executive and other team members to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure successful project execution. Maintain Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout our projects. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Stay current with the latest SEO trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our SEO strategies and results. Support Business Development : Support our CEO in sales meetings and business development activities, providing insights and expertise to help drive new business opportunities. Your Profile We're looking for a highly strategic and data-driven professional with a strong background in SEO. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Proven SEO Experience : Demonstrable experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, and link building. Data-Driven : Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze and interpret SEO data to inform recommendations and strategies. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO concepts and results to clients and stakeholders. Proactive and Motivated : Proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong Business Acumen : Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of identifying and growing new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications: WordPress Experience : Proficiency in WordPress and experience with SEO tools and technologies. Account Director Experience : Experience in an account director or similar role, with a strong understanding of client relationships and business development.
