You'll lead a high-impact Customer Success function, driving growth, and retention through strategic planning, team management, and customer-centric initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives * Build and manage a high-performing Customer Success team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences * Design and implement data-driven engagement and retention strategies, leveraging metrics and analytics to inform decision-making * Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive value and satisfaction * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies * Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's offerings, driving revenue growth and expansion **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS environment * At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams or strategic functions * Solid technical understanding or experience working with technical software solutions * Strong data literacy, with proven ability to track metrics, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions * Customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and growth in a SaaS environment * Experience with customer success platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decisions * Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with open-source tools and technologies * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field * Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) **Skills and Competencies** * Strategic thinking and planning * Leadership and management * Communication and interpersonal skills * Data analysis and interpretation * Technical understanding and problem-solving * Customer-centric approach and empathy * Adaptability and flexibility * Continuous learning and professional development **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our team members.
