Job Summary: Gymnastics Instructor We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym of Evergreen, you'll have the opportunity to teach "magical" classes that are not just about gymnastics skills but about creating an engaging, fun experience for our members. Your role will be multifaceted, involving teaching, providing outstanding member service, and contributing to the growth and success of our gym. Key Responsibilities: Teach gymnastics classes to children in a fun, engaging, and safe environment, incorporating themes and activities that promote learning and development. Provide exceptional member service, building long-lasting relationships with our families and ensuring their needs are met. Sell our programs to new and existing customers, leveraging your communication skills to understand their needs and preferences. Continuously develop your teaching skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality classes and stay updated on the latest gymnastics instruction methods. Participate in the growth and development of the gym, contributing your ideas and energy to help us achieve our goals. Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, embodying the values and spirit of The Little Gym. Essential Qualifications and Skills: A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children. Experience working with children, whether through teaching, coaching, or other roles (Sunday school, daycare, sports camps, etc.). A background in fitness or related fields (gymnastics, dance, cheer, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology) is highly desirable. High energy levels and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Availability to work on weekdays and weekends. Clean background check. Integrity, effective communication skills, independence, ambition, and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: Coaching experience, especially in gymnastics or related sports. Strong communication and sales skills to effectively promote our programs. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating an ability to provide outstanding service.
