Job Overview: Key Responsibilities
As a Gymnastics Coach at The Little Gym, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness programs to our students. Your key responsibilities will include:
Teaching Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment
Utilizing our proprietary "Serious Fun!" teaching approach to promote 3-Dimensional learning and motor-skill development
Creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and program updates

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Gymnastics Coach at The Little Gym, you'll need:
A genuine passion for working with children and a background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
Experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity (preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps, or similar experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members

Weekday and weekend availability, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs
