About the Role

As a Guest Relations Supervisor at Disney, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have a magical experience at the theme park. You will oversee a team of Guest Relations Cast Members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they deliver exceptional guest service and satisfaction. As the main point of contact for guests with questions, concerns, or feedback, you will work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, while also assisting in training and coaching team members to uphold Disney's high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities


Supervise and support a team of Guest Relations Cast Members to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Assist guests with questions, issues, and feedback, resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed to maintain Disney's high standards
Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and provide a seamless experience
Train and coach team members on Disney's guest service standards, promoting a culture of excellence
Monitor guest service metrics and implement improvements as needed to drive guest satisfaction
Assist in special events and promotions as needed, contributing to the success of the theme park


Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A minimum of 2 years of experience in the guest service or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and other stakeholders
The ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism, remaining calm under pressure
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the theme park's operating schedule


Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:


Knowledge of Disney parks and attractions, with a deep understanding of the Disney brand and its values
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to the industry and a strong foundation in hospitality principles
