As a Group Ticket Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind providing top-notch service to our Guests, internal sales teams, and ticketing partners. You'll work closely with various lines of business, including Disney Imagination Campus, Meetings and Conventions, to validate, document, and process requests through multiple platforms. Your expertise will ensure seamless ticket ordering, payment processing, and issue resolution, resulting in positive and magical experiences for our Guests.

Key Responsibilities

As a Group Ticket Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:


Processing ticket orders using Siebel, BOLT, and SnApp/Horizon systems
Completing ticket orders, payments, returns, emails, and calls to ensure high service levels
Handling ad-hoc team tasks and contributing to a high volume of written and electronic tasks
Providing exceptional service recovery and resolution to Guest/Client concerns
Maintaining Standard Operating Guides to ensure current processes are documented
Collaborating with multiple internal and external partners, including sales channels and lines of business


Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Guest service and recovery skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external partners
Ability to learn and use multiple technology applications, including Microsoft 365 Power Platforms
Experience with autonomous work and working as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime and holidays
Experience with the resolution of escalated Guest/Client calls or situations
Proficiency with Zoom and Teams meetings and remote support


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


Experience with Walt Disney World ticketing systems, including Siebel, BOLT, and SnApp/Horizon
Experience with Walt Disney World Groups Sales lines of businesses
Familiarity with Guest Service Suite (GSS), Group Connect, Business Objects, Zendesk, and current Park Pass Reservation applications and processes


Education and Training

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role. As a Group Ticket Coordinator, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
