**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Grocery Data Entry Associate to join our Product Team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless data flow across our systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, prices, and inventory levels
* Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
* Enter and update product data in our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track product performance and inventory levels
* Participate in process improvements and implement changes to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, product master data, or inventory systems
* Proficiency in ERP systems, including data entry and management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the grocery industry or a related field
* Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting software
* Certification in data management or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
