Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine Google Apps Scripts to extract data from Google Sheets, populate Google Docs templates, and convert documents to PDF formats.
Implement seamless Gmail integration to dispatch PDFs within template emails.
Design and implement scheduling functionality for automated PDF and email delivery.
Create a comprehensive video tutorial on how to use the automation project.
Collaborate with our team through regular checkpoints, providing updates, and addressing any questions or concerns.
Participate in pilot testing, gather feedback, and iteratively refine the automation project to ensure perfection.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Google Apps Script Expertise: A robust command over Google Apps Script (GAS), especially integrating with Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
API Proficiency: Adeptness with Google APIs, including handling limits and error contingencies.
