Key Responsibilities Maximize the profitability of advertising accounts through strong ownership and strategic decision-making. Analyze and strategize based on profitability reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns. Improve quality and profitability through the use of outsourced virtual assistants. Manage two virtual assistants, focusing on balancing costs and profitability. Achieve rapid profitability in new advertising groups. Conduct regular A/B testing to learn and grow. Streamline accounts for improved control and ready-to-use status. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
