We are seeking an experienced Go to Market Technology Program Manager to join our Go-To-Market Technology (GTMT) team, which is responsible for delivering reliable data, intelligent workflows, and stellar learning content to our B2B Go-To-Market teams. About the Team and the Role The GTMT team is a critical component of our Merchant Product organization, and we are looking for a leader who can help enable our business strategy and keep DoorDash moving at pace and scale. As a Program Manager on the Portfolio and Programs Team, you will support predictable project portfolio planning and delivery across a broad array of stakeholders, ensuring meaningful business impact. You will work closely with our Product Ownership and Development teams to manage critically dependent work and ensure the speed and reliability of deliverables. You will serve as a curious and resourceful expert in the portfolio process, org-wide annual and quarterly planning, and manage critical cadences for decision-making. You will proactively analyze and identify opportunities for collaboration, prioritization, and better architectural strategy to supply our Go-To-Market teams with the best available data assets, productivity tools, and content to ensure they are productive and successful. Key Responsibilities Translate technical requirements and/or stakeholder needs into actionable project plans for our team Support portfolio management decisions, monitoring progress and effectiveness of key initiatives, and proposing and actioning process improvements as needed Support annual budgeting and planning processes across business systems, data, and enablement teams Optimize operating models to ensure smooth execution, effective communication, and efficient decision-making with internal customers and stakeholders Operate with professionalism, leadership, and subject matter expertise in conversations with Merchant Strategy and Operations stakeholders, including Business Systems, Product, Sales Operations, and other core operating teams reporting into our Chief Revenue Officer Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience in portfolio/program management or related strategy roles A BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or an additional 4 years of work experience in IT, applications, or systems A strong ability to execute on deliverables and a bias towards action An ownership mentality, and a willingness to do what is necessary to drive results The determination to initiate and complete projects in a scrappy environment Expertise in bringing order to chaos, through prioritization, organization, and planning, and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Nice to have qualifications include: Experience working on Business Applications and Business Systems Experience working within Salesforce, Anaplan, Snowflake, and 1st party tools Experience with large data sets, and the ability to deliver actionable insights out of data Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities A strong understanding of business operations and technology Experience with project management tools and methodologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At DoorDash, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
