As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in managing our equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees worldwide.
What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management excellence by:
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to timeliness
Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives
Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and understanding of methods and interrelationships of data transfers
Familiarity with equity compensation regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in a multinational corporate environment
Understanding of global equity plan administration best practices
