**Job Summary**

As a German speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and effective email support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all inquiries are resolved within 24 hours. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer emails in German, providing timely and effective support to resolve inquiries and issues
