Your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service. * Representing blithequark and our SEO product with excellence, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. * Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. * Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our services. **What We Expect from You** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Fluency in spoken and written German is essential, as you'll be working directly with our German-speaking clients. * Good English skills are also required for internal communication, but German is the primary language for client interactions. * Proficiency in using standard Google tools, including Drive, Sheets, and Docs. * Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas. * Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards. * Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied or have concerns. **Working Hours and Environment** As a remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer.
