**Your Role**

As a German-speaking customer service specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing top-notch support and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
* Representing arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
* Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
* Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

**What We Expect from You**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
* Fluent spoken and written German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with our clients.
* Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team and understand our processes.
* Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize your work efficiently.
* Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
* Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, and adapt to changing situations.
* Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Working Hours and Environment**

As a fully remote contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection. Our working hours are 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work on weekends or holidays. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, with ongoing training and support to help you grow and develop your skills.

**Additional Notes**
