Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Warehouse Associate to join our team on a part-time, flexible schedule. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate and provides a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in processing customer orders, inspecting and receiving product, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met for customer orders around the world.

Responsibilities


Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
Inspect and receive product
Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
Perform packaging tasks, including:

Reviewing pack lists to ensure correct quantities
Verifying correct parts have been picked
Boxing product and preparing for shipping

Assemble cables and battery packs
Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
Shipping (Processing)
Shipping Dock
Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions
Handle customer change-order requests when applicable
Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:


Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
Ability to provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management
Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success


Physical Requirements

This role requires the following physical abilities:


Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motion
Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:


Competitive starting wage of $17.00
$500 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)
Flexible schedule options, including:

5:00 AM - 9:00 AM
9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
