About the Role: General Laborer, Warehouse - Days We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our warehouse team on a day shift basis. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials around the warehouse Restock and replenish products and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow Perform general maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing the warehouse, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation requirements Fill in for other positions as needed to support the team and ensure seamless operations Perform general warehouse, production, and cooler service duties, including periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High School or GED preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered 0-1 year of general work experience, with prior warehouse, production, or equipment service experience being an asset Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack, or lift product, with forklift certification being a plus Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to perform tasks that require periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds, and climbing What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to $15.50 per hour, based on experience.
