**Key Responsibilities**

As a Games Ratings & Editorial Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include:

* **Global Game Ratings Submissions**: Manage all global game ratings submissions, ensuring that games are accurately classified and tagged for launch on Netflix and App Store platforms.
* **Content Risk Management**: Partner with game stakeholders to mitigate content risks and ensure that games comply with local regulations and brand standards.
* **Game Description and Classification**: Develop new methods of game description and classification as a collaborator within a cross-functional team, and improve operational strategies for classification.
* **Ratings Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Ratings team as a games ratings subject matter expert on cross-functional education, research, and innovation projects, as well as ongoing board engagements and board pilot projects.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or a related field.
* **3+ years** of experience in a related field, such as game development, publishing, or ratings and classification.
* **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and make informed decisions.
* **Strong attention to detail**, with the ability to accurately classify and tag games for launch.
* **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* **Knowledge of local regulations and brand standards**, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate content risks.
