**Job Summary**
The Fundraising Support Temporary position is a critical role that plays a key part in meeting the fundraising objectives of March of Dimes in the assigned market. As a Fundraising Support Temporary, you will act as a liaison between the March of Dimes and community fundraisers, supporters, volunteers, and donors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service to all stores assigned, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders
* Effectively communicate the mission and goals of March of Dimes to store coordinators and associates
* Present March of Dimes information (events, campaigns, mission, etc.) to store coordinators and associates in a clear and compelling manner
* Manage, maintain, and organize the delivery of marketing materials requested by stores assigned
* Create and execute an efficient daily driving plan to maximize customer service for all stores assigned
* Make regular calls to store coordinators to ensure timely communication and updates
* Provide weekly documentation of store visits and communication
* Meet with March of Dimes contact on an as-needed basis to discuss progress and address any concerns
* Focus on recruiting family and corporate teams for March For Babies and support with fundraising strategies
**Qualifications**
* Physical Demands: Have a reliable cell phone to make calls and/or computer to watch online training videos
* Physical Demands: Have a reliable car (mileage reimbursement)
* Physical Demands: Involves lifting and carrying boxes
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service
* Knowledge of the non-profit sector and fundraising best practices
