Key Responsibilities As a Work From Home Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Entering source document data into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms. Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in the data entry process. Managing and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Following company policies and procedures regarding data handling and security. Communicating effectively with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry processes. Assisting in other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in data entry or related fields (previous experience in administration or documentation is highly preferred). Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems (familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is an advantage). The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
