About the Role and Responsibilities As a Weekend Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in building trust with patients, providing compassion and empathy, and accurately documenting their needs prior to them speaking with a nurse. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be working with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support and care.
