Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally , ensuring that every interaction with customers is exceptional and reflects positively on Blithequark. Conduct virtual meetings with potential customers to verify qualifications for certain procedures, providing them with a personalized experience. Provide SMS support to potential leads , responding promptly to their inquiries and guiding them through the process. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gather and record information accurately to support the customer service process, ensuring that all interactions are documented and easily accessible. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Essential Qualifications Fluent in English , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time , with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales role , with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team , with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
