As a customer support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues, and ensuring a seamless blithequark experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to address customer concerns. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and high-quality customer service. Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensure their satisfaction, and build trust in the blithequark brand. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices . Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively . High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role. Experience in a remote working environment is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computers and software applications . A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
