Key Responsibilities Provide specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment. Introduce, arrange, and investigate work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues. Maintain passwords, information honesty, and record framework security. Offer technical support to PC framework clients, answering questions and resolving PC issues via phone, email, or remote access. Provide assistance with the utilization of PC equipment and programming, including printing, establishment, venture frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks. Conduct site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and programming as needed. Perform follow-up activities to confirm issues were settled totally. Complete administration orders to avoid functional delays in settling issues. Answer client care demands, determine the specialized assistance issue, and maintain trust in TSG. Communicate with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve the issues. Investigate distinguished issues by getting clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project notebook) to recognize arrangements and work with goal. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Ability to impart profoundly specialized data to both specialized and non-specialized clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and different Internet browsers.
