Key Responsibilities As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for: Delivering psychotherapy services to diverse clients, either virtually or in-person at designated locations, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed methodologies. Conducting comprehensive assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and formulating individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. Regularly reassessing and modifying treatment plans in alignment with client progress, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and supportive care possible. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a holistic approach to client care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each individual. Ensuring timely submission of client documentation within 72 hours of each session, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that support high-quality care. Maintaining an active caseload in accordance with the standards set forth in your employment agreement, effectively managing your schedule, billing, and client engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Dedication to client-centered care and a strong desire to enhance your knowledge of trauma-informed methodologies and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit, essential for building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams. In addition, you must: Hold an active, independent license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist. Reside in a state where our services are offered (California residency required for hybrid positions). Not be opted out of Medicare. Have strong technological proficiency, including experience with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant tools. Compensation and Benefits As a Full-Time Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you can expect: A competitive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $70,000 for a minimum of 25 clients per week, allowing for increased earnings based on caseload. A sign-on bonus totaling $3,500, structured as $2,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 9 months. Part-time opportunities with session options between 10-24 per week at an hourly rate of $50.
