Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to Customer Inquiries : Provide support to customers through chat, resolving any issues or answering questions they may have in a timely and professional manner. Accurate Data Entry : Enter data quickly and accurately into various computer systems, including customer information, order details, and other relevant data. Exceptional Customer Service : Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, including chats, emails, and phone calls.
