Key Responsibilities Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Blithequark products, services, and policies to provide informed support and solutions. Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
