Job Summary As a Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will be responsible for receiving English inbound calls, placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, answering questions, and forwarding messages to clients. You will also be required to meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, while maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to English inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information Utilize our software systems to document and track customer interactions, and to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) English language proficiency is required for this position Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly Goal-oriented with professional work ethics Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Reliable transportation (not required but preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Service experience (at least 1 year) Leadership skills Work-from-Home Requirements To work from home with Blithequark, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable) USB-connected Headset Webcam A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a range of benefits and perks to our employees, including: Competitive salary ($14.00 per hour) Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance Flexible scheduling and varying shifts Professional development and training opportunities Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Access to our state-of-the-art software systems and technology Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
