As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information. Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes to itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Provide information on Blithequark's services, policies, and promotions, addressing customer questions and concerns. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality, sharing best practices and feedback. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity goals. Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to meeting scheduling requirements.
