Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience , preferably in a call center or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with customers. Proficient in using computers, with strong data entry skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
