Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Answering general questions regarding a vast variety of topics related to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
Providing support and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with a 24/7 operation
Utilizing Microsoft Windows environment and dual monitors to access customer information and resolve issues
Handling conflict resolution and making decisions quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining confidentiality with critical customer information
Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort Hotels products and services


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Proficiency with a Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors
Capacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly
Flexibility and partnership while being able to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our operation
Maintain confidentiality with critical customer information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Three weeks of full availability during training
Flexible with work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
