Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll, and Parts Management professional at Workwarp, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Setting up and maintaining a new QuickBooks account, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management
Preparing and sending invoices, quotes, and other financial documents to clients and stakeholders
Managing parts inventory, including tracking orders, receipts, and stock levels
Processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
Utilizing Google office products, including Google Calendar and folders, to manage schedules, documents, and communications
Learning and adapting to various dispatch-type apps, to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 2 years of experience in an office or bookkeeping environment, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks, with the ability to set up and maintain a new account
Strong skills in Google office products, including Google Calendar, folders, and documents
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage financial data and documents
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience with DocHub and CompanyCam programs, or similar software
Knowledge of dispatch-type apps, and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting, such as QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) or Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
