Providing exceptional live chat support to cardmembers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services
Utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to promote and upsell to cardmembers
Collaborating with internal teams, such as technical support and customer service, to resolve complex issues
Documenting and tracking customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database
Identifying and escalating trends and patterns of customer issues to internal teams for resolution
Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and systems


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
