Job Overview
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a Locker+ location, assisting customers with their packages, and providing top-notch customer service. You will work in a designated retail location, which could be a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience when picking up or returning their packages, and you will achieve this by being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and receiving truck deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
Assist customers with questions they may have, providing timely and accurate solutions
Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to Amazon's high standards
Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
