Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to multiple functions and processes within our Payment and Deposit Operations. Your primary focus will be on the operational support of ACH and Vault applications, ensuring seamless payment processing and deposit operations. As a business analyst, you will perform in-depth analysis of payment and deposit applications, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will act as the first line of contact for user-reported inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple functions and processes within Payment and Deposit Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Provide operational support for ACH and Vault applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements
Conduct business analysis for payment and deposit applications, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative solutions
Act as the first line of contact for user-reported inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to measure performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
Mine data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions
Lead and coordinate small projects and initiatives, driving operational improvements and process enhancements
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Certifications or training in areas such as payment processing, operations management, or business analysis
