About the Role: Delivering Exceptional Early Education As a Full-Time Preschool Teacher with Right At School, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a dynamic and creative curriculum that not only fosters a love for learning but also supports the overall development of our young students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of preschool students, ensuring a fun and interactive learning experience. Partner with school district personnel on student assessment, behavior planning, and intervention strategies to support student success. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Collaborate with colleagues to build a high-performing team focused on delivering high-quality educational programs and services. Implement and maintain accreditation and state QRIS standards, exercising professional judgment to drive continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Participate in regular meetings with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress, team accountability, and areas for growth. Organize program materials, document attendance and incidents, and maintain accurate records as required. Essential Qualifications: Associate's Degree with at least 60 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of direct experience working in a licensed childcare setting. Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR certification, MERIT clearance, and Cleared TB test. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A passion for inspiring a love for learning and engaging children in fun and interactive educational activities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a preschool setting with a curriculum that aligns with state and national early education standards. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
