Key Responsibilities Execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure compliance with clinical pharmacy services Drive patient well-being outcomes by implementing pharmacy programs to optimize reimbursements while improving patient health Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned areas Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance plans as needed Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions Review medication records and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication therapy Provide individualized patient counseling and education Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and experiences Monitor and analyze results, implementing changes to improve quality and efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and organizational policies Essential Qualifications Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field Experience in pharmacy management and patient care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with time management and prioritization Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes Preferred Qualifications Readiness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses if necessary Knowledge of insurance plans and pharmacy benefits Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with pharmacy management software and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer blithequark offers a competitive salary of $27/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Comprehensive training and support Why Join blithequark?
