About the Role As a Patient Care Coordinator at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences and supporting our healthcare team. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$24, comprehensive training, and a chance to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care and support via phone, Zoom, and text messages, ensuring timely and effective communication. Assist patients with loan applications, testing orders, and supplement sales, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Collaborate with health coaches to schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as provide administrative support with form completion and other tasks. Develop strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenging situations and provide proactive solutions. Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
