+ Asks to Complete the Survey

* Learning and adapting to current technology to assist customer needs

* Soliciting, opening, and activating Kohl's Charge applications and loyalty programs
* Ensuring that all cash handling procedures are done in accordance with policy and procedure
* Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers
* Being flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
* Adhering to Kohl's policy and procedures
* Maintaining regular attendance
