Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team, starting on February 28th and March 7th. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from beneficiaries, providers, and other affiliated representatives or groups regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefit determinations, and claims adjudication. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills, and upsell products and/or services to customers. Key Responsibilities

Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, etc.
Provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills
Upsell products and/or services to customers
Follow proven processes to schedule service appointments from incoming calls, emails, and text messages from customers
Accurately answer questions, sell tickets, and as needed redirect calls to specific departments for special assistance
Offer new products and services to existing customers
Enroll new customers, offering appropriate products and services
Coordinate with external customers to meet program goals and objectives
Coordinate with staff and/or departments to meet program goals and objectives


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail and customer service experience
Sales associate or cashiering experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Authorized to work in the U.S.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with TRICARE eligibility, benefit determinations, and claims adjudication
Strong knowledge of products and services
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Experience with scheduling service appointments
