Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to service and maintain multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling, merchandising, and rotating products on display and on the shelf according to procedures and special programs. This role will involve physically moving products from the backroom to display, creating and distributing point of sale materials, and fostering business relationships with store personnel. Routes will service Mason, OH, and surrounding areas, with a schedule that includes 5 consecutive days a week, including weekends, and a shift that starts at 5am and continues until the completion of the route. We offer a competitive salary of $19/hr - $22.50/hr, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including paid training, paid time off, and group health insurance. Key Responsibilities Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted Rotates product, fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors, and checks vendor to ensure proper operation Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to have: A valid in-state driver's license An excellent driving history Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from the first day of employment Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively to satisfy the needs of a variety of customers with different demands and expectations A willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively) The ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision Critical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Excellent driving history Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment A company-provided cell phone Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our teammates grow and develop in their careers.
