Job Overview As a Full Time Merchandiser and Stocker at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in presenting our products in a way that attracts the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations. This is a hybrid role that allows you to balance your time between our remote office and in-store locations, providing you with the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing and maintaining multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages, using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and on the shelf according to procedures and special programs Physically moves product from the backroom and places it on display, ensuring that all products are faced and fronted properly Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted, and rotates product to ensure that all products are fresh and visible to customers Fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors, and checks vendor to ensure proper operation Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, merchandising, and communication. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. You will also need to have a valid in-state driver's license, excellent driving history, and proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage.
