A Unique Opportunity to Make a Difference As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician and Customer Relations Call Center Agent with blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our pharmacy customers. You'll respond to inbound calls, emails, and letters, providing personalized support and resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Your superb communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with various departments will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values. Serve as a customer advocate, researching and interpreting company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers via phone or written communications. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is positive and memorable. Requirements: Residency in Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. Possession of or ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to start date. 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service environment. Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery. Bilingual Spanish.
