As a People Lead, you will play a critical role in driving HR-related initiatives and supporting our business leaders in the office and Market HR manager. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of retail experience and 1 year of administrative experience; OR 2 years of retail work experience. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with HR systems, software, and technology. Preferred Qualifications Long-term postgraduate education in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, or related field. 2 years of HR leadership experience. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience with data analysis and metrics. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Skills and Competencies Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
