About Our Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in the healthcare industry. You will work in a dynamic, remote environment, fielding customer inquiries, and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed efficiently. Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records. Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and process enhancements. Upsell or cross-sell products or services, as required, to meet business objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to type 30 words per minute. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to work in a virtual team environment. A clean and quiet workspace, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
