Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting real-time investigations to locate customer orders and identify potential delivery issues
Contacting customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
Acting as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum age: 18 years old
Right to work in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency - minimum of C1 level)
Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
Intermediate computer literacy
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
